Thursday on the 7 Day Diet Plan: Eat 5 bananas and drink 5 glasses of whole milk. No butter, sugar, sauces, etc. Foods must be in natural form. Friday on the 7 Day Diet Plan: Eat 4 ounces of meat with unlimited green veggies. No butter, sugar, sauces, etc. Foods must be in natural form.
